Hi! Everyone. I just wanted to share an experience, that my husband and I kept going thru. We have a credit problem and we were trying to get a newer car nothing with an huge payment. Had an older car that got us around but it was time for an upgrade. So I went online and looked up dealers and places that helped with bad credit. You know the ones No matter what your credit is you will drive away.To only have to drive away in the car you came in. I was given a call after I put some info in online.The dealer that called was New Bern Mazda. I was told to everything was preapproved and to come pick up a car and sign on the dotted line.So we went. We test drove an 2004 explorer. When we got back they did the figures and came back with a paper that said we needed $4500.00-6500.00 down along with my tradein and my payments would range from $520.00- 850.00 a month. They never even said what thay were giving me for my trade and never gave us the price of the explorer.So after we yell for a minute we leave and visit a few more dealers in jacksonville that claim that they can help. No LUCK! So my husband went driving around town and stopped off at a small car lot that we have passed a thousand times. Slammer car lot in Hubert. Randy Eubanks came out and spoke with my husband and sat and listened to everything that had happened. So he asked my huband what made him stop by there. He told him that a Durango he had made him stop and that he always has nice cars and trucks for sale. So he got my husband to try one more time for financing. He did and OH MY GOD!!! We were approved and for only $1500.00 down and payments that we could deal with. He is a small lot and understood when he didnt do trade ins. So we put my car up for sale.It took a little while and the durango sold. But he told me to be patient and give him info on what kind of Durango I wanted and what options.It took a little over a week but he came thru with flying colors. There was my durango the exact one I wanted and in my favorite color. This man is amazing and completely up front, NO BS!!! You will have to have some money down but his fiance company decides that. With all this said my husband and i had lost everything and had to start over with a foreclosure. a car repo, and a bankruptcy that was dismissed due to an exemployer. So bad luck was on our side. But Randy Eubanks at Slammer Car Lot made it go away. I cant praise him enough for what he did for us.Go see him if you dont see anything tell him what you want and he will find it for you.
