Toastmasters International Humerous Speech Contest, DivisionI, Area 92 at Carteret Community College on Oct.2,2010Randy Eubanks won first place at the humerous speech contest this past weekend for Area 92. He will continue on to compete for the Division I title at The Waterfront Hilton in Wilmington, N.C. on October 16,2010. Look at the video. You might be suprised to find out who his nine year old is.
